Greetings and salutations!
I'm Elin, a free-spirited hunter-gatherer with a love for all things creative. If I could I would marry John Lennon, Simon Pegg or Nick Frost. Or all of them. We would live under the sea. I love the sea.
I have a tendency to procrastinate and I'm, more often than not, sarcastic. All in good fun though.
I'm a believer of peace and love, and I see myself as a kind of modern day hippie (without the drugs). I'm afraid of cats and clowns and even though I study Japanese, I'm not a fan of manga.
I love making accessories and little critters using polymer clay, ice resin, yarn, felt, fabric, wire etc. The one thing I really suck at is painting, so I just don't do it.

So my prepatory course in Japanese started last week and gosh golly I love it :heart: Much more fun than French, and easier to learn actually, despite the hiragana, katakana and thousands of kanji. Ofcourse it's going to get harder and harder as time passes, but I'm so excited and I'll be damned if I don't make it!

Some stuff has happened. Tomorrow I'm going to Tunisia for a week with my hubby, mum, stepdad, little brother, big brother, his girl and their son to celebrate my mums 50th birthday. Wohoo :3 When we get home I have a week of summer vacation left before I start studying Japanese! I'm so excited!
Hubs and I have been looking at short-term rental apartments in Tokyo, and now we're trying to save up money to be able to go for a month within a year or two.
Oh! And in december I'm going to Dublin with my sister-in-law for a few days. So there. That's all. My life isn't exactly packed with excitement ^___^
