So my prepatory course in Japanese started last week and gosh golly I love it Much more fun than French, and easier to learn actually, despite the hiragana, katakana and thousands of kanji. Ofcourse it's going to get harder and harder as time passes, but I'm so excited and I'll be damned if I don't make it!

Some stuff has happened. Tomorrow I'm going to Tunisia for a week with my hubby, mum, stepdad, little brother, big brother, his girl and their son to celebrate my mums 50th birthday. Wohoo :3 When we get home I have a week of summer vacation left before I start studying Japanese! I'm so excited!

Hubs and I have been looking at short-term rental apartments in Tokyo, and now we're trying to save up money to be able to go for a month within a year or two.

Oh! And in december I'm going to Dublin with my sister-in-law for a few days. So there. That's all. My life isn't exactly packed with excitement ^___^

Me and my hubby spent a long weekend in London. What a cozy city!

I'm not gonna write alot about it since i wrote a looong entry about on my blog, but I have to say that London is, together with Berlin, my favorite city. Hubby wants to move there, so if he were to find a tattoo studio that seems OK, we'd probably go. There, or anywhere else in Britain. Or Europe. Or Asia! Yeah, Asia!

Well, I'm just dreaming at the moment, but in a not so distant future, hopefully, we'll get to fly away~

Last saturday (5/12) me and my hubby went to the sci fi convention on the other side of town. We are both huuuge Star Wars fans, so we where super excited about meeting Jimmy Bulloch, the man who played Boba Fett (and Captain Colton).

When we got to the site of the con, the queues where baffling and, ofcourse, we chose the slowest line where you could only pay with credit cards. After about 50 minutes there where about 5 couples ahead of us and the cash line had about ten. However, we switched and got in before the people standing in front of us in the other line.

When we finally were in, we browsed around a while, then took a walk past Mr. Fett. I got all nervous and had to go get a drink. We bought three posters, awesome pins and a clothes patch that said "kamikaze squadron". Awesome! After that I decided I had to go take care of business. (The autograph-getting business that is)

We lingered around the autograph tables for a while. Pinhead, Laurent from Twilight, some Trekkie dude and Ruggero Deodato (Director; Cannibal Holocaust, Atlantis Interceptors) sat at the surrounding tables, but I could not care less about them. We finally grew some balls and picked out two photos to be autographed. I chatted a bit, shook his hand and went away. Shaking.
I'm a bigger dork than I thought >___<
